| 摘 要： | 采用活体昆虫浸渍法和细胞毒性测定法对海洋微生物发酵液进行了杀虫活性比较,从294株供试菌株中,共筛选出7株活性较好的菌株;对Lv7-1、02AB8 a、T31和BBY-9四株菌株,在不同时间的生物量、发酵液pH值与细胞毒活性等方面的关系进行了研究。 |

| Abstract: | Two screening methods of insecticidal activity for marine micro-organisms were compared,including dipping method and cell toxicity method,in the present paper.The results showed that 7 species marine micro-organisms from 294 samples which collected from sea area around Qingdao,Rushan,the Pacific,Bering sea,etc.were obtained.Lv7-1,02AB8a,T31 and BBY 9-4 were provided with higher effective toxicity to lave of Spodoptera litura among the tested samples.Meanwhile,the insecticidal activity biomass of the candidated micro-organisms were also investigated under the different cultivated conditions. |
