Abstract: | Summary Photometric measurements on photomicrographs of quinacrine mustard—stained metaphase chromosomes, processed by a reverse developing procedure provide quantitative data on the polymorphisms of human acrocentric chromosomes. The method described is intended for population studies. The method is easily reproducible, allowing comparisons of data obtained by different laboratories. |
