The second fossil ceratocombid bug from the Miocene amber of Chiapas (Mexico) (Hemiptera: Ceratocombidae)

Abstract:The second fossil Ceratocombidae Leptonannus miocenicus n. sp. is described as first extinct representative of the genus, from the Middle Miocene Mexican amber. The species is distinguished from its related taxa, a discussion is given.
