外周神经源性疼痛的实验模型研究进展

摘    要:神经源性疼痛是严重困扰人类的临床问题之一。为了探索其发病机理及治疗方法,研究人员建立了多种神经损伤性疼痛模型,其中大鼠部分脊神经结扎,慢性压迫性神经损伤和L5/L6脊神经结扎的外周神经损伤的模型应用最为广泛。细胞模型也显示出了很好的应用前景,原代和永久性感觉神经元,作为研究疼痛发生和发展的分子机理,特别是神经递质的释放和信号转导的研究非常有用。

Animal and Cellular Models of Peripheral Neuropathic Pain

Abstract:Peripheral neuropathic pain is often difficult to be adequately treated in current medicine. Animal models may provide pivotal systems for preclinical study of pain. Partial spinal ligation, chronic constriction injury, and L5/L6 spinal nerve ligation represent three of the best characteristic rodent models of peripheral neuropathy. Recently, primary or permanent cultures of sensory neurons have been established to study the molecular mechanism of pain, especially for neurotransmitter release and signal transduction.
