Abstract:Aggregated immunoglobulin G were prepared by heat treatment of human IgG in vitro and the binding of these heat-aggregated IgG to DNA were studied by ELISA. It was found that heat-aggregated IgG,in comparison with normal IgG,are able to interact with DNA. Long-term incubation and high temperature in the range of 25─50℃ favored the yield of IgG with binding capacity to DNA. The experimental results obtained from CD spectra demonstrated that the conformation of heat-aggregated IgG is different from that of normal IgG,and that the interaction of heat-aggregated IgG with DVA can cause the change of DNA secondary structure.
