早孕因子研究进展

摘    要:早孕因子既是一种微量蛋白又是一种妊娠相关蛋白,其纯品的获得尤为重要。简要论述了早孕因子的本质和功能,并就早孕因子在超早期妊娠诊断中的实际功能价值进行了深入探讨;结合早孕因子的国内外研究进展和生理生化特点提出了2种蛋白质提纯方案;针对当前早孕因子提纯及检测方法中存在的问题进行了讨论。

Abstract:Early pregnancy factor(EPF) is a kind of microproteins and pregnancy associated protein, it is very important to get the pure EPF. In this paper, the essence and the function of the EPF were discussed, and the actual functional capability of EPF for super-early pregnancy diagnosis was further explored. Also, two kinds of purification of protein schemes were proposed combining with the domestic and abroad research progress, as well as physiological and biochemical characteristics of EPF. The existing problems in the purification and detection technique of EPF were discussed.
