参萸清眩膏治疗梅尼埃病的临床研究

目的:观察参萸清眩膏对梅尼埃病的疗效。方法:对220例梅尼埃病患者随机分为治疗组110例,参萸清眩膏50mlbid;对照组110例用654-2针10mg和西比灵10mgbid治疗,4周为一疗程。结果:其中治疗组110例,临床治愈84例、显效13例、好转4例、总有效率91.8%;对照组110例中:痊愈69例、显效11例、有效4例、无效26例、有效率76.4%;治疗组疗效明显优于对照组(P<0.01)。结论:参萸清眩膏具有良好的抗眩晕作用:滋补肝肾、填精益髓、缓晕止眩、价廉、方便、效果独特。

Clinical study on treating Meniere's disease with ShenYuQingXuanGao

Objective:To observe the effects of ShenYuQingXuanGao on Meinere's disease.Methods:Two hundred and twenty patients with Meinere's disease were randomly divided into two groups:110 in treatment group given 50 ml bid ShenYuQingXuanGao;the other 110 in control group given 10 mg 654-2 and 10 mg funarzine.Four weeks was defined as one treatment course.The effects were observed.Results:After treatment, the total effective rate of treatment group was 91.8 %, while the control group was 76.4 %.(P<0.01).Conclusion:ShenYuQingXuanGao has good effects on Meinere's disease.And it is cheap, effective,and simple to use.
