摘    要:乙烯对果实成熟和衰老具有强烈的促进作用,是造成水果采后腐烂的根本原因。本主要综述了近几年来采用转基因或反义RNA技术,将乙烯生物合成与分解过程中所需酶的基因和细胞壁水解酶基因转化到植物体内,从而延长果实保鲜期的相关研究进展。

Abstract:Ethylene makes an important factor in promoting maturity and senescence of fruits, and it can make post-harvest fruits rotten. This paper summarized that ethylene biosynethesis and decomposition enzyme gene or cell walk hydrolytic enzyme gene were transformed into the plants by transgenic and anti-sense RNA, consequently the shelf life time of fruits can be prolonged.
