摘    要:铜尾矿是一种矿业废弃物,堆积于尾矿库内形成尾矿废弃地,铜尾矿废弃地表面具有沙质疏松、稳定性差、移动性强和易于干旱等特点,类似于沙漠表面。以海藻酸钠和牛粪浸提液为改良材料对铜尾矿进行改良,观察不同改良方式对尾矿表面藻类结皮的形成和生长的影响。结果表明:海藻酸钠和牛粪浸提液都能促进藻类结皮的形成;随着结皮生长时间的增加,结皮厚度和叶绿素含量增加,不同改良方式对结皮中有机质和总氮含量具有显著的影响。

Abstract:Copper mine tailings,as mine waste,is usually stacked in a tailings impoundment and finally forms a wasteland(i.e.,wasteland of copper mine tailings).The surface of wasteland of copper mine tailings generally displays characteristics like free open-texture sand,low stability,high movement and low water content.It is similar to desert surface.The amelioration tests were done to explore the effects of sodium alginate and cow manure extracting solution on the formation and growth of algal crust on surface of copper mine tailings.Results showed that sodium alginate and cow manure extracting solution accumulated formation of algal crusts on copper mine tailings.Thickness and chlorophyll content of crust increased with time of crust growth.And organic matter and total nitrogen in crusts were significantly affected by amelioration methods.
