| 摘 要： | 本文在总结和分析大熊猫食性、食物选择、摄食量、组织器官和竹子中养分含量测定、养分消化代谢等研究数据的基础上,推测出大熊猫干物质摄入量、总能、消化能、粗蛋白和可消化粗蛋白需要量以及精料中赖氨酸的推荐水平。结合圈养大熊猫单位的饲喂方式和饲喂效果,该研究策略有助于确定圈养条件下大熊猫饲料的精粗比例、精料养分浓度和各养分之间的比例,为圈养大熊猫饲养标准的确立奠定基础。

| Abstract: | Requirements of average dry matter intake, gross energy, digestible energy, crude protein, digestible crude protein and level of Lys in concentrated feed were calculated based on the results of studies on the characteristic of food intake, nutrient detection in animal organs and bamboo, digestibility of nutrient. The results are helpful to decide the proportion of concentrated feed and vegetable feed, nutritional level of concentrated feed, the ratio of different nutrient for giant pandas. |
