葡茎新麦草的核型研究

摘    要:本文对葡茎新麦草(Psathyrostachys stoloniformis)的核型进行了分析。结果表明它具有1对近中部着丝粒染色体和6对中部着丝粒染色体。核型较对称,属于Stebbins的“1A”类型。

Abstract:Karyotype was analysed on Psathyrostachys stoloniformis. The resultshowed: The genome of P. stoloniformis consists of 1 submetaceotric chromosomeand 6 metacentric chromosomes. Its karyotype is symmetric and fall into Stebbins'"1A" type. According to the suggestion of Stebbins, evolution tendency of karyotype isfrom symmetry karyotype to unsymmetry one. From this work and the previousreports, the authors compared the karyotype characters of P. fragilis, P. juncea, P.kronenburgii, P. lanuginosa, P. huashanica and P. stoloniformis. Based on the compari-son, the authors considered that P. huashanica is the most advanced one among thespecies discussed in this paper.
