脯氨酸在小麦愈伤组织培养中的作用初探

摘    要:本文初步研究了脯氨酸在小麦愈伤组织培养中的作用。结果初步表明,小麦愈伤组织能主动吸收培养基中的脯氨酸,并在组织内累积、转化;并且,脯氨酸能刺激小麦愈伤组织苯丙氨酸氨解酶活性,促进苯丙烷类代谢,在愈伤组织中形成导管系统,有利于长期继代培养。

Abstract:Analysis of free amino acids shows that the wheat callus can actively absorbe the L-proline in the medium and accumlate it in vivo, and also transform it into other amino acids. The formation of tracheary system in the long term subculture of wheat callus is due to the increase of phenlpropanoid metabolism according to the results of increase of phenylalanine ammonia lyase(PAL)activity. In this paper the roles of L-proline in wheat callus culture are discussed on the results of long-term subculture growth on the media added other several amino acids and relevant reports in this aspect.
