| Abstract: | Methods for analyzing capture ELISA results to estimate antibody concentrations are reviewed and experimentally compared. Good correlation of data to the theoretical isotherm was obtained with a nonlinear regression method, but some linearization methods resulted in very poor correlation of the data. Reasons for the poor correlations are discussed, and strategies are recommended for calculation of antibody concentrations. |
