| Abstract: | CAPRI is a community-wide experiment to test protein-protein docking methods in blind predictions. The Toronto meeting assessed structure predictions made from 2005-2007 on nine target protein-protein complexes or homodimers, and reported new developments in functions used to score predicted interactions, in treatment of conformational flexibility, and in taking nonstructural information into account in the predictions. |
