| Abstract: | Recent progress in research and application of loblolly pine(Pinus taeda L.) in vitro culture was introduced and discussed.This review focused on regeneration programs,influencing factors,genetic transformation and existing problems.It was aimed to provide references to related studies on other similar tree species. |
