摘    要:目的验证腹腔注射葡萄糖能否成功建立大鼠糖性白内障模型,并且探讨黄芩苷点眼、牛磺酸点眼、牛磺酸腹腔注射以及Vc腹腔注射对大鼠糖性白内障的延缓效应及短期治疗作用。方法按照雄鼠每次2.5mL,雌鼠2 mL剂量注射30%葡萄糖生理盐水建立大鼠糖性白内障模型,给药同期进行,点眼每日2次,腹腔注射每日1次。从注射葡萄糖第3天开始对各组晶状体进行裂隙灯检查,并定期测定体重、饮食量等相关指标。结果实验结果表明葡萄糖腹腔注射第3天即可使大鼠晶状体出现空泡现象。各组药物的延缓效应与短期治疗效应相同,依次为牛磺酸注射、黄芩苷点眼、牛磺酸点眼以及Vc注射。结论 30%葡萄糖腹腔注射能快速建立大鼠糖性白内障模型,且比半乳糖注射建模成本低,成模率高。4%牛磺酸腹腔注射以及0.1%黄芩苷在预防和治疗大鼠糖性白内障方面效果显著。

Abstract:Objective To examine whether intraperitoneal injection of glucose can be used to successfully establish a rat model of sugar cataract, and to explore whether there are delay effect and short-term therapeutic effect of Baicalin eyedrop, taurine eyedrop, taurine intraperitoneal injection and intraperltoneal injection of vitamin C on the cataract models. Methods Eighty-four Sprague-Dawley rats aged 45 days, male to female ratio 1 : 1, were used in this study. The rats were randomly divided into 6 groups, 14 in each group. The cataract models were established using intraperitoneal injection of 30% glucose in a dose of 2.5 mL/time for male rats and 2 mL/time for female rats. All the drugs were administered at the same time, including eyedrops twice a day, and intrapcritoneal injection of glucose once a day. Slit-lamp examination was performed to assess the lens changes from the third day of injection. The body weight and diet intake were recorded during the study. Results Rat models of sugar cataract were successfully established by intrapcritoneal injection of glucose within 3 days. Delay effect and short-term therapeutic effect of each drug were observed with the same tendency, and their intensity was in an order of taurine intraperitoneal injection 〉 Baicalin eyedrop 〉 taurine eyedrop 〉 intraperitoneal injection of vitamin C. Conclusions Intraperitoneal injection of 30% glucose can induce sugar cataract in rats in a short period. Taurinc injection and Chinese traditional medicine Baicalin eyedrop show a more distinct delay effect on the sugar cataract compared with taurine eyedrep and Vc injection.
