Calpain10基因多态性与2 型糖尿病的相关性研究

目的：探讨钙蛋白酶10（Calpain10）基因第3内含子SNP19多态性在湖北汉族人群2型糖尿痛发生发展中的作用。方法：采用同胞对（家系内对照）和随机病例-对照两种实验设计，结合聚合酶链反应-限制性片断长度多态性（PCR-RFLP）．技术分析共403个样本的Calpain10基因第3内合子SNP19多态性，并测定身高、体重、腰围、臀围、血压和空腹血糖等生理指标。结果：两种实验设计中对照组与病例组的基因型和基因频率均无显著差异（PO．05）。结论：Calpain10基因SNP19多态性在湖北汉族人群2型糖尿病的发生发展中可能不起主要作用。

Study on the correlation between Calpain 10 gene polymorphism and type 2 diabetes mellitus

Objective: To investigate the correlation between Calpain10 gene SNP19 polymorphism of intron 3 and type 2 diabetes inellitus in Hubei Han nationality. Methods: Both sib-pairs and random case-control designs were used. The genotype in 403 samples were examined using polymerase chain reaction (PCR) . Height, weight , blood pressure and fasting blood sugar were measured. Results: In two experiment designs, the genotype and gene frequency between cases and controls had no significant difference (p>0.05). Conclusion: The occurrence and development of type 2 diabetes inellitus may be little associated with the SNP19 polymorphism of Calpain10 gene in the population of Hubei Han nationality.
