香菇数量性状的因子分析

摘    要:因子分析结果表明,22个香菇菌株16个数量性状可分为弱相关的5个主因子,其方差积累贡献率为85.71%。按照主因子所包含的性状及其所反映的生物学含义,可把5个主因子命名并按方差贡献大小顺序排列为:F5,菇形因子;F1,菌柄因子;F3,营养生长因子;F2,生殖生长因子;F4,转色因子。从主因子出发进行香菇育种,可以加大目标性状的针对性和提高选择效率。

Abstract:Sixteen quantitative traits of 22 strains in Lentinula edodes were classified into five principal factors with low correlation through the method of factor analysis. According to the included traits and the biological implication revealed, the five principal factors, explaining 85.71% of the total variance, were named below: F1, stipe factor, F2, reproductive factor, F3, vegetative growth factor, F4, colour-changing factor and F5, fruitbody feature factor. Based on the variance contribution, the order of these main factors was F5, F1, F3, F4 and F2.The selective efficiency and the objective pertinency on breeding will be raised by means of main factors in Lentinula edodes.
