毕赤酵母表达重组人白细胞介素11的连续培养研究

对毕赤酵母表达重组人白细胞介素11(rhIL11)工程菌的连续培养进行了工艺研究。连续培养在10L工作体积的发酵罐中进行,整个发酵过程历时约20天,发酵上清中rhIL11表达浓度约400mgml。在稀释率D=005h下,菌浓OD600达到100以上。

Continuous Cultivation of Recombinant Human Interleukin 11 which Expressed by Pichia pastoris

Continuous fermentation of recombinant human interleukin 11 which expressed by Pichia pastoris have been investigated.Continuous production of rhIL-11 by Pichia pastoris was demonstrated in a 10-L working volume fermentor using glycerol and methanol as the carbon source.The fermentation could be extended for 20 days with a steady-state protein concentration of approximately 400mg/ml.Cell densities (OD 600 ) were >100 at a dilution rate (D) of 0 05h -1 . ;
