摘    要:构建科学、合理的绩效考核与薪酬分配制度,符合公立医院改革和医院内部精细化管理的需要。介绍了以资源消耗为基础的相对价值比率(Resource based relative value scale,RBRVS)评估系统及其在医院绩效考核分配中的应用,分析了我国现有医务人员考核分配存在的问题,并提出了相应的建议和对策。

Research on the Application Based on RBRVS in Physician Performance Distribution
Abstract:In order to construct a scientific and reasonable performance appraisal and salary distribution system, the need of the reform of public hospital and internal fine management is conformed. The paper gives a comprehensive introduction to the RBRVS (Resource Based Relative Value Scale) evaluation system and application in the hospital performance appraisal and distribution, analyzes the problems existed in the existing physician appraisal and distribution, and puts forward the corresponding suggestions and countermeasures.
