Research on the Application Based on RBRVS in Physician Performance Distribution

In order to construct a scientific and reasonable performance appraisal and salary distribution system, the need of the reform of public hospital and internal fine management is conformed. The paper gives a comprehensive introduction to the RBRVS (Resource Based Relative Value Scale) evaluation system and application in the hospital performance appraisal and distribution, analyzes the problems existed in the existing physician appraisal and distribution, and puts forward the corresponding suggestions and countermeasures.
