微电泳羟戊甲吗啡、去甲肾上腺素及电针对兔视前区神经元自发放电的影响

摘    要:本文运用五管玻璃微电极离子微电泳技术,观察电针对兔视前区羟戊甲吗啡敏感神经元和去甲肾上腺素敏感神经元的效应,以探讨视前区的内阿片肽和去甲肾上腺素与针刺作用的关系。观察到电针能影响视前区神经元的自发放电活动。前区羟戊甲吗啡敏感神经元对电针的反应率较高;电针对视前区单位放电的抑制效应,与视前区羟戊甲吗啡敏感神经元有关;微电泳纳洛酮能阻断电针对视前区单位放电的抑制效应,但不能阻断其兴奋效应,提示这种抑制效应与视前区内阿片肽的活动有关。但未能看到电针的效应与微电泳去甲肾上腺素的效应之间的相关关系。

Abstract:The effects of microiontophoretically applied etorphine and noradrenaline onneurones in rabbit preoptic area were studied to investigate their relationship withacupunctural effect.The majority of the units responded to electroacupuncture.The response rate of the etorphine-sensitive neurones to electroacupuncture wassignificantly higher(P<0.01).Most units inhibited by etorphine were inhibitedby electroacupuncture as well(P<0.05).Microiontophoretic application of naloxone could reverse electroacupuncturalinhibition,but had no obvious effect on excitation.The results suggest that theinhibitory effect of acupuncture is related to the activity of endogenous opioidpeptides in the preoptic area.However,there is no correlation between the effect ofmicroiontophoretically applied noradrenaline and electroacupuncture.
