Abstract:Using wild type Vibrio parahaemolyticus as immunogen to prepare monoclonal antibody and composited colloidal gold nanoparticles(CP-AuNPs)as antibody-labeled probes,an immunochromatography test strip method for visual and rapid detection of Vibrio parahaemolyticus based on double antibody sandwich principle was developed. This method was applied to the detection of Vibrio parahaemolyticus in seafood,including plum fish,fresh shrimps,white clams etc,with the advantages of strong specificity,short detection time and high sensitivity,and its detection limit could reach 4. 77 ×103 CFU/mL. As a result,this method could be used as an effective and rapid diagnostic tool for detecting Vibrio parahaemolyticus in seafood.
