3种棘豆体外植株再生的遗传差异与相关酶和质体的关系

摘    要:描述了黄花棘豆、甘肃棘豆和宽苞棘豆的体外植再生。实验表明:NH4:NO3浓度比是控制褐变的因子,对再生了具有重要作用。3种植物的体外植株再生显示了遗传差异,通过分析3种植物在脱分化和再分化过程中的L-苯丙氨酸解氨酶和过氧化物酶的活性及同工酶酶谱的变化和质体的超生结构的变化,表明同属的不同植物种间体外植再生的遗传差异与相关的核基因表达及质体基因的表达特性相关。

Abstract:This paper presented here is in vitro plant regeneration derived from explants of O.ochrocephala,O. kansuensis and O. latibracteata. Concentration ratio of NH/No is oneof facts controlling browning, and has significant effects on regeneration. Exprimentalresults display genotype difference in in vitro plant regeneration of the three species. Bythe analyses of changes of L-Phenylalanine ammonia-lyase and peroxidase activities andisoenzymes and plastid ultrastructure during dedifferentiation and redifferentiation, itshows that in vitro plant regeneration derived from different species of the same genus isrelated to nuclear gene and plastid gene expression.
