| Abstract: | A new flavanone glycoside 5-hydroxy-6,7,3′,4′,5′-pentamethoxyflavanone 5-O-α-l-rhamnopyranoside along with quercetagetin 3,6-dimethyl ether and an anthraquinone glycoside have been isolated from the stem bark of Cassia renigera. The two flavonoids were characterized by spectral and chemical studies. |
