肺传递因数测试方法的研究

The research about lung transfer factor

This is an attempt to introduce a new instrument of measuring lung transfer factor. We studied the methods of improvement and some influence factors about lung transfer faetor. Bagesian calculation technique of randon paremeter is applied to estimate lung transfer factor. The experimental results show a strong relation ship between this index and the biornetrical ones and confirm those found in the literature featuring that the measurement duration can be considerably shortened.
