防护细节管理在消毒供应中心微生物污染手术器械处理中的应用

摘    要:目的

探讨防护细节管理在消毒供应中心微生物污染手术器械处理中的应用价值。

方法

随机选取我院做到防护细节管理的600件手术器械(A组)和未实施防护细节管理的600件手术器械(B组)作为研究对象, 对比实施防护细节管理对手术器械微生物污染的影响。比较实施前后器械无菌检验和微生物限度检验一次合格率、质量管理情况(回收、分类、清洗消毒、包装不合格情况)以及患者医院感染发生率变化情况。

结果

A组器械无菌检验一次合格率为98.67%, B组器械其一次检验合格率为95.67%, 差异有统计学意义(χ2=9.953, P=0.001 6)。A组器械微生物限度检验一次合格率为99.33%, B组为95.17%(χ2=9.305, P=0.002 3)。A组器械回收不合格率为0.33%, B组不合格率为2.00%。A组器械分类不合格率为0.50%, B组为1.50%。A组器械清洗消毒不合格率为0.83%, 器械包装不合格率为0.33%;B组器械清洗消毒不合格率为1.83%, 手术器械包装不合格率1.33%。A组和B组器械导致的医院感染发生率分别为0.67%、1.67%。

结论

防护细节管理在降低消毒供应中心手术器械微生物的污染, 提高管理质量以及降低医院感染发生率方面有重要价值。

Abstract:ObjectiveTo explore the application value of protection detail management in the treatment of microbial contaminated surgical instruments in the disinfection supply center.MethodsA total of 600 surgical instruments with detailed protection management(group A) and 600 surgical instruments without(group B) were randomly selected as the research objects to compare the impact of implementation of protection detail management on the microbial contamination of surgical instruments. The one-time pass rate of sterility and microbial limit test before and after the implementation were compared. The quality management(including the recycling, classification, cleaning and disinfection, packaging failure) and the rate of nosocomical infection were also compared.ResultsThe one-time pass rate of sterility in group A was 98.67% while that in group B was 95.67%; the difference was statistically significant(χ2=9.953, P=0.001 6). The one-time pass rate of microbial limit test in group A was 99.33% and in group B was 95.17%(χ2=9.305, P=0.002 3). The failure rate of recycled surgical instruments in group A was 0.33% while that in group B was 2.00%. The failure rate of classification in group A was 0.50% and that in group B was 1.50%. The failure rates of disinfection and pakaging in group A were 0.83% and 0.33%, while those in group B were 1.83% and 1.33%, respectively. The nosocomical infection rate in group A was 0.67% and in group B was 1.67%.ConclusionThe protection detail management is of great value in reducing microbial contamination of surgical instruments in the disinfection supply center, improving the quality of management and reducing the occurrence of hospital infections.
