急性脑卒中患者肠道菌群研究

摘    要:目的

通过粪便标本检测急性脑卒中患者肠道菌群变化情况, 探讨急性脑卒中患者肠道菌群结构。

方法

通过高通量二代测序技术对10例健康者(对照组)及10例急性脑卒中患者(疾病组)粪便样本进行菌群结构测序分析。

结果

与对照组比较, 急性脑卒中患者粪便样本中物种OTU信息量显著增加(P < 0.01), 菌群多样性指数(Shannon)和物种均一度指数(Evenness)也有所增加但差异无统计学意义(均P > 0.05)。门水平上, 疾病组患者肠道Bacteroidetes数量较对照组显著增加, Firmicutes数量显著减少(均P < 0.05)。属水平上, 疾病组患者肠道BacteroidesBilophilaButyricimonas比例较对照组显著升高, 而CollinsellaCoprococcusClostridium等比例较对照组显著降低(均P < 0.05)。

结论

急性脑卒中患者肠道菌群结构与健康人存在显著差异。

Abstract:ObjectiveTo explore the distribution and changes of gut flora in patients with acute stroke through fecal specimen detection, and discuss the composition of gut flora in the patients.MethodsTen healthy individuals(control group) and 10 patients with acute stroke(disease group) were enrolled. The intestinal flora were analyzed by using high-throughput second-generation sequencing.ResultsCompared with the control group, the number of OTU information in the gut flora of acute stroke patients increased significantly(P < 0.01); the diversity index(Shannon) and species homogeneity index(Evenness) also increased, but with no statistical differences(all P > 0.05). Compared with the control group, the abundance of Bacteroidetes increased significantly and that of Firmicutes decreased significantly(all P < 0.05). Compared with the normal control group, the abundances of Bacteroides, Bilophila and Butyricimonas increased significantly, however, those of Collinsella, Coprococcus and Clostridium decreased significantly(all P < 0.05).ConclusionThe composition of gut flora in acute stroke patients was significantly different from that in healthy people.
