| 摘 要： | 本文报导了由编码细胞角蛋白的基因组DNA文库中筛选的克隆的特点,介绍了其亚克隆和核苷酸序列分析.序列分析发现,Endo B基因由七个外显子和六个内含子组成.Endo B 基因家族至少由一个结构基因和一个假基因组成.

| Abstract: | In this paper we report the screening possitive clones from a genomic DNA library encoding cytokeratin by hybridization and its subcloning to M13 phagc vector and nucleotide sequencing.Sequencing analysis reveals that the Endo B gene consists of 7 exons and 6 introns.Endo B gene family at least has one structure gene and one pseud-ogene. |
