| Abstract: | Primary rat kidney cells and mouse 3T3 cells can be transformed by DNA of simian virus 40 when use is made of the calcium technique (Graham and van der Eb, 1973). The transformation assay in primary rat cells is reproducible, but the dose response is not linear. |
