| Abstract: | The patterns of changes in the numbers of T-, B-, and D-subpopulations of lymphocytes were studied in common carp (Cyprinus carpio L.) exposed to waterborne NH4+ (1.5 and 2.5 mM/l) for 45 days and maintained in calcium-free water (30 and 90 days). It was revealed that the fish respond to studied factors by a decrease in T- and D-lymphocytes. The number of B-cells did not change significantly. |
