摘    要:通过切割57条日本三角涡虫(Dugesia japonica),每条切割为四段,观察和比较了228个涡虫体段眼、头、尾和咽在15种市售直饮水中的再生过程。结果显示:(1)切割后的涡虫体段在矿泉水中,无解体现象的比例为66.6%;而在纯净水中为12.5%。(2)解体体段占涡虫体段总数的19.74%。(3)头部解体占解体总数的55.55%。头部解体大于50%的现象分布在纯净水,其中3种纯净水中的头段全部解体。本实验结果提示,长期饮用能使涡虫正常再生的市售矿泉水比较适宜。

Abstract:In order to survey the quality of drinkable water sold in the supermarkets, a total of 57 Dugesia japonica were performed in the regeneration experiments. First, each worm was cut into four parted-worms. Then, all the parts were cultured in fifteen different kind of drinkable water and the regenerations of eyes, heads, tails and pharynxes of the 228 parts from 57 worms were observed. The results showed that:1) 66.6% of parted-worms cultured in mineral water showed no disorganization but the proportion was only 12.5% for parted-worms cultured in pure-water. 2) Parted-worms with disorganization during the period of regeneration accounted for 19.74% in the 228 parted-worms. 3) 55.55% of the parted-worms with disorganization during the period of regeneration came from heads, and 50% of heads cultured in pure-water was observed to be disorganized. It was notable that three kind of pure-water brought all heads cultured in them to be disorganized. The compared experiments suggested that mineral water was more suitable for Dugesia japonica to be regenerated and might be more suitable for people to drink.
