广东省水资源特点和合理开发利用研究

本文论述广东水资源量，时空分布和季节变化特点，并分析广东用水存在问题，不合理开发利用水资源和浪费水；水库蓄水和调节能力未能满足用水要求；水质污染日渐严重。使水资源渐感紧缺。按目前用水趋势，要达到供需水平衡，必须成立统一管理水资源的流域机构；按不同的经济发展阶段，改变其主要洪水职能；节约用水；增加水库的供水和调节能力；改变调峰发电方式：提高重复用水率；保护水质；做好水土保持工作。最后提出，制定地方经济发展总体规划时，其用水量必须与可能供水量相适应。

The Research of the Water Recources of Guangdong Province,and How to Put the Water Recources to Rational Develop and Utilze

The paper firstly discuse the amount,the areal distribrition,the time distribrition,andthe seasoonal variation of water recources in Guangdong province.Second,analysis the process ofutilized the water recources,could bring many actual questions,that are:(1)No plan to use thewater recources,and wasted more water.(2)Supply water by reserviors live storage and hyraulicprojects are not enought the consumptive use.(3)Water foul pollution year by yeat,fresh waterrecourses descrease in storage.Author consider,cover come the difficulty must be:established amanegement bureau of water basin;different enconomic development period must has differentsupply water plan;water saving;increase the effect ofsupply possible water of the reserviors andhyraulic projects;Change the type of electrize at the consumption peak of electric time;increasethe water reuse rate;Consevancy water quality;and going the soil and water conservation.It isthe main,let the water demand correspond with utmost water supply,when draw up the en-conomic planning.
