不同化学因子对喜树细胞悬浮培养生长效应的研究

摘    要:实验研究了不同种类,不同浓度的植物生长调节物质及其组合和其它三种化学因子对喜树悬浮培养细胞生长的影响。结果表明:单因子以NAA效果最好,其中NAA最佳浓度为0.5mg/L,组合因子此单因子更有利于细胞的生长,以NAA0.5mg/L KT0.1mg/L的效果最佳,在其它三种化学因子中,B5培养基和White培养基较有利于细胞的生长,蔗糖的最佳浓度为40mg/L,葡萄糖在一定范围内随着其浓度的增加,细胞的生长速度也相应增加。

Abstract:With suspension culture cell of Camptotheca acuminata Decsne ,effect of different kinds,different concentration and combinations of hormones and several chemical factors on cell growth was investigated It showed that 0 5mg/LNAA was optimal for the cell growth;The effect of combination of hormones surpass alone hormones,among the combinations of NAA and KT,0 5mg/L NAA+0 1mg/L KT was optimal for the cell growth The result of studies on four types of culture media showed that the B5 medium was the best for cell growth When treated with 40mg/L of Sucrose,the cell growth rate was higher Following the increase of Glucose in some range,the cell growth rate increases correspond
