| Abstract: | This paper describes the isolation and characterization of a monoclonal antibody to bovine liver glutamate dehydrogenase (GDH). Monoclonal antibody is mouse immunoglobulin subclass IgG2a and reacts strongly with the antigen in an enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). Its specificity was determined by an antigen binding assay and by Western blotting. Potential uses and possible applications are discussed. |
