| Abstract: | Line of Brown leghorn chickens free of RAV-O-type endogenous proviruses was obtained by selection under blot hybridization control. A set of dispersed sequences distantly related to avian leukosis virus genome was found in DNA of these chickens by means of hybridization in non-stringent conditions. Different restriction fragments were detected by gag, pol and env hybridization probes. |
