摘    要:运用极小化自由能RNA二级结构预测方法分析了pBV220载体中以表达水平20%作为分类标准的人白细胞介素2、人白细胞介素4等32个外源基因表达水平,结果表明5′端32~41区域和3′端25~46区域的二级结构自由能与表达水平具有显著的统计学意义,并运用Bays判别分析方法构建了判别函数,判别符合率为87.5%。

Abstract:The expression levels of 32 froreign genes including human interleukin-2. human interleukin-4. and etc. carried by pBV220 vector with expression level 20% as the standard of classification were analysed by using prediction of RNA secondary structure based on minimum free energy. The results indicated that there existed statistical significance between expression levels and the free energy of secondary structure in the regions 32-41 and 25 - 46 oi 5' and 3' end respectively. Discriminate functions were constructed by utilizing Bays discriminant analysis, and the correct rate was 87. 5%.
