| Abstract: | The structure, shape and function of Plasmid DNA were simply discussed and a method of extracting Plasmid DNA was introduced in the article. Then displaying the attention in the extracting process. The virtues of several different methods were analyzed and compared so that we can select one of them to extract Plasmid DNA according to our purpose. |
