| 摘 要： | 对解脂耶氏酵母与蛋白质分泌有关的TSR1基因进行寡核苷酸介导的定点诱变，限制性内切酶切割的拼接，得到了该基因的一系列缺失突变体。这为进一步研究TSR1基因不同结构域的功能奠定了基础。
