Immune Modification of Pseudomonas aeruginosa Vaccine in Urethral Infection

Vaccine of Pseudomonas aeruginosa strain is a new kind bacterial immune modifier.The application of it in treating recurrent urethral infection has good results, among which the humoral detection of experiment groups treated by the Pseudomonas aeruginosa mannose sensitive haemagglutination that the titer of wide spectrum antibodies after the application was 8 to 64 times that of the pretreated groups. In the detection of cellular immune, various indexes of T cell subgroups after the treatment showed remarkable difference (P> 0.01) as compared with that of pretreated groups. These suggested that vaccine of P.aeruginosa treated the patients by modifying the humoral immune and cellular immune functions.;
