犬气管超微结构分析及低温保存研究

摘    要:为气管移植的临床需要,气管的低温保存是迫切需要解决的问题,国内外至今未见报导。本文通过电镜观察研究了抗冻剂的种类、浓度,以及降温速率和复温方法等因素对狗气管低温保存效果的影响;初步得到了一些有关参数,可使经低温处理后的气管仍具有较完善的超微结构。

Abstract:To meet the need of trachea' s tranaplantation, it is important to research the method of cryopreservation for canine's trachea. The effects of cooling and thawing velocity on trachea's cryopreservation with different concentration of cryoprotect agents were studied. Through observation with electron microscope, the better ways to cryopreserve the canine s tracheas are outlined.
