摘    要:用Crowther的快速旋转函数研究了绿豆胰蛋白酶抑制剂(MBI)-猪胰蛋白酶(PTRY)复合物的四方晶体和三方晶体中胰蛋白酶分子的取向关系,并得出了它们之间的旋转矩阵。此旋转矩阵能和从胰蛋白酶模型分子为出发点在四方和三方晶体中所求得的胰蛋白酶分子的取向相互印证。此结果将促进绿豆胰蛋白酶抑制剂与胰蛋白酶的复合物立体结构及它们在不同晶形中的差异的研究。

Abstract:By using Crowther's fast rotation function (FROT) technique, the orientation relationship of the PTRY-MBI protein complex in two different crystal forms: trigonal and tetragonal, is studied, and the rotation matrix between the complexes is obtained. This matrix is in accordence with that calculated from those matrices obtained individually from the trigonal and tetragonal crystal forms on the basis of a model molecule of bovine trypsin by using the same FROT techique. The result obtained in this article will facilitate the study of the three-dimentional structure of the PTRY-MBI complex and its conformational difference in the two crystal forms.
