| 摘 要： | 用 3个重复序列作为引物进行PCR ,对棉蚜同一地区种群以及不同地区种群同时进行DNA多态性分析 ,结果表明同地区群体内的棉蚜DNA多态性明显小于不同地区间群体。这样 ,就验证了棉蚜种群分化的相关理论 ,以及重复序列引物PCR这种方法的可靠性 ,同时也为用重复序列引物PCR这种方法来对中国不同地域棉蚜种群遗传分化进行后续研究奠定了基础。

| Abstract: | The PCR technique with repeat sequence primers was used to analyze the DNA polymorphisms in populations of cotton aphid, Aphis gossypii, collected from 3 locations in China.The result showed that DNA polymorphisms were not obvious among populations collected in same location. However, those were more obvious among populations collected in different areas. This technique can conduct further geographic population differentation study of cotton aphid, with differentiation among populations that collected in same area ignored. |
