香椿保鲜技术研究

摘    要:试验研究了12种薄膜保鲜袋和7种保鲜剂及采前、采后使用植物生长调节剂对延长香椿保鲜期的效果,筛选出H3和H1和T2三种保鲜袋和一种防腐保鲜剂2%异维生素C 0.2?Cl2.

Abstract:In this test,twelve kinds of membrane bag and seven kinds of agent for keep-freshing Chinese Toona were comparatively researched, and the effect of plant grow regulate substance on preservation of the Chinese Toona had been studied.Finally,H3,H1,T2 and 2% isovitamin C +0.2%CaCl_2 had been selected which could prolong Chinese Toona goods shelves period.
