| Abstract: | Measurement and interpretation of the EXAFS associated with the K-absorption edge of zinc atoms in sheep liver metallothionein indicate that the primary coordination shell of each of these metal atoms comprises four sulphur atoms, with the Zn-S distance being 2.29 ± 0.02 Å. |
