| Abstract: | The transcolumellar incision in rhinoplasty has proven to be a safe and effective technique, even with simultaneous alar base resections. A sound appreciation of the blood supply to the nasal tip and adherence to the guidelines presented above will prevent vascular compromise of the nasal tip skin. |
