Abstract: | Exogenous DNA has been administered to roots of Vicia faba inwhich this DNA stimulates an increase in acid deoxyribonucleaseactivity. This enzyme activity is associated with vesicles whichfollow whatappears to be the cytological pathway of foreignDNA in host tissues. |
