良姜总黄酮提取工艺研究

摘    要:主要研究良姜黄酮的提取工艺。在单因素试验的基础上进行正交试验,结果表明:乙醇浸提法提取良姜总黄酮的最佳工艺条件为:20倍50%乙醇,温度60℃条件下提取1.5h。按照此条件做验证试验,良姜黄酮得率为93.8mg/g。

Abstract:The objective of this study was to optimize extraction technology of total flavonoids from Alpinia officinarum Hanee with ethanol extraction method. Based on single - factor test, the orthogonal test was carried out. The results showed that the optimal extraction conditions of total flavonoids were deter- mined to be: ethanol concentration 50%, extraction temperature 60℃, solid to liquid ratio 1:20, and extraction time 1.5 h. Under these conditions, the extraction yield of total flavonoids form Alpinia offtcinarum Hance was 93.8 mg/g.
