摘    要:西红花是新“浙八味”之一,卫健委2019年第8号文件将其列入药食同源类药用植物,其开发与利用涉及医药用品、保健品、食品、香料等多个领域,应用范围较为广泛,经济价值较高。本文调研近十年国内外相关文献及发明专利,对西红花应用领域的相关产品开发现状进行初步总结,旨在为西红花药用和食用价值的进一步挖掘和利用奠定理论基础和科学依据。

Abstract:Crocus sativus is one of the new ‘Eight Flavors of Zhejiang’. The Health Commission’s document No. 8 of 2019 listed it as medicinal plant for homology of medicine and food. The development and utilization of C. sativus had higher range of applications and economic value which involved in many fields such as medical supplies, health products, food, spices, etc. This article investigated the domestic and foreign relevant literature and invention patents in the past ten years. The development status of C. sativus products had been summarized. It aimed to lay a theoretical foundation and scientific basis for the further excavation and utilization of the medicinal and edible value of C. sativus.
