| Abstract: | We suggest a new method to calculate fetal growth velocity. Fetal growth curves are divided in small linear units, and corresponding slopes calculated as growth rates. An example is detailed to set out statistical contingencies for methodological reliability. Specific interest of the method is discussed. |
