肝纤维化相关细胞因子的血清学检测对慢性乙型肝炎肝纤维化进程的诊断价值

目的:检测慢性乙型肝炎患者血清中相关细胞因子的水平,为慢性乙型肝炎肝纤维化的分期提供诊断依据。方法:选择175例在我院接受治疗的慢性乙型肝炎患者作为研究对象,采用ELISA方法检测患者血清中基质金属蛋白酶抑制剂(TIMP-1,TIMP-2)、脂连素及其受体(AdipoQ)、瘦素(Leptin)、生长因子(PDGF)、骨桥蛋白(OPN)6项指标的含量,并利用ROC曲线对各指标与肝纤维化分期之间的关系进行相关性分析。结果:TIMP-1、TIMP-2、Leptin在不同纤维化组中呈差异性表达,且AUROC高于其他指标(P0.05);其余指标无统计学意义(P0.05)。结论:TIMP-1、TIMP-2、Leptin这3项指标对慢性乙型肝炎肝纤维化分期具有一定的辅助诊断价值,与其他指标相结合可获得更好的诊断效能。

Diagnostic Values of Relative Markers in Serumof Patients with HBV on the Progression of Liver Fibrosis

Objective： To investigate the diagnostic values of serum markers in liver fibrosis stages of chronic hepatitis B. Methods： The concentrations of TIMP-1, T1MP-2, AdipoQ, Leptin, PDGF and OPN in serum of 175 CHB patients were detected by means of ELISA and the relationships between the serum levels of markers and the liver fibrosis stages were analyzed by ROC curve. Results： There were statistically significant differences about the levels of TIMP-1, TIMP-2 and Leptin in serum of patients on different liver fibrosis stages （P〈0.05）, and the AUROCs were higher than others. The other three markers had no statistically significant differences （P〉0.05）. Conclusion： TIMP-1, TIMP-2 and Leptin had some diagnostic values in liver fibrosis stages of CHB patients. It is better to be detected with other markers in serum for the diagnostic of liver fibrosis.
